1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. By making a reservation with EvaFlats, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1.2. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in. 1.3. Minimum stay: Our apartments have a minimum stay requirement (usually 5 nights). Please check the specific property details.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and onwards, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. 2.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Late check-out may incur extra charges.

3. Occupancy and Guests

3.1. The maximum occupancy for each apartment is specified in the property description. 3.2. Additional guests beyond the specified occupancy may incur extra charges. 3.3. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

4. Security Deposit

4.1. A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. 4.2. The deposit will be returned after inspection of the apartment upon check-out.

5. House Rules

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Cancellations made within a specified period (e.g., 15 days before arrival) may result in a partial refund. 6.2. No-shows or cancellations made outside the specified period are not be eligible for a refund.

7.1. EvaFlats is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. 7.2. We recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
